This view taken from a point just easterly of the Administration Building shows the completed south wing and winter storm house. Beacon tower also shown. Note the balanced appearance which the new wing gives to the building. This wing was designed and supervised under direction of the City Engineer's Office and constructed by Wright & Morrissey, Contractors, the work being completed in Dec. 1944. Various wheeled carts in front.
