This view shows the newly constructed integral curb and gutter on the easterly side of St. Paul Street which extended around the curve in front of Smalley Park to the intersection of Adams Street. The workmen are just completing the construction of the asphalt binder course on which will be constructed immediately a two inch wearing course.
