Cashman, Inc. of Burlington as general contractor. Harper & West of Boston are the architects and engineers. Also listed are all businesses contributing to the construction. Most businesses are from Vermont. A wooden fence acts as a barrier between the street and construction site. Cars are parked on the street and steel beams are visible.
