My Tariff debate on the 24th did not get
printed in The Record at the regular place
because I was too engaged to check up the
transcript of it that night. So you will
find it in the Appendix of the Record of
the next day, February 25th, at page 2016.
Enclosed is copy of a leaflet containing
speeches on Ethan Allen which Mr. Plumley
and I are sending to everyone listed in
the Vermont Educational Directory, and
providing for each teacher in the State.
Following my speech some of my colleagues
suggested that something like this should
be done.
