My Dear Mother:
I am walking each morning from
the Mayflower to my office (2 1/4 miles)
to get more oxigen [oxygen] in my blood
and expel more effluvia from
my brain!!
Hearings in Con. are running at all
hours now.  To assimilate the
evidence and form sound judgement
is not easy.
The discussion of the Bill to Reorgan-
ize the Gov't continues with Sen.
Wheeler of Montana speaking
now.  He is a recognized leader
of the Liberal wing and has
extra influence when he supports
anything that holds fast to
an existing institution like
the Comptroller General.  Love, Warren
