Seems like the old fashioned soap nettle bubbling away and forcing up a [ ], bye and bys up comes an old boat or a [ ] gut, and you may expect most anything. I am working on sub committees considering constitutional amendments changes in the judiciary system, immigration, election appointment  of N.J. Senator, equal rights of women etc etc At the same time I have been writing a speech for Lincoln's birthday to be given at Utica- Best love, Warren
