United States Senate Washington Feb. 28, '38 My Dear Mother: I have a few moments between session of Com. on Jud. and the Convening of the Senate. "Reorganization" is the key vote of the times.  We are in a transition which will undoubtedly alter the form of our government.  I wonder how much the people know about it. The Jackson nomination was reported to the Senate this morning. This dramatizes the issue.  I hope to be able to bring out on the floor of the Senate the significance of it so that the public may gain some understanding of what is going on.  Mildred has a bad cold.
