My Dear Mother:
We are debating the
omnibus court bill which
gives Districts and Circuits
some additional judges.
I have worked hard and
long on this bill. It is
not perfect but it ought
to help in speeding up
judicial work-
over
When all is said and done
"Justice in the life and
conduct of the State
is possible only if it
first resides in the
hearts and souls of the
people." This is
inscribed on the capstone
of the front door of
our Place of Justice.
