					<l>I suppose that Vermont recognized</l>
					<l>the face saving character of the</l>
					<l>Presidents message on monopolies.</l>
					<l>It is ridiculous for him to denounce</l>
					<l>monopolies while he is creating</l>
					<l>them by statute over the most</l>
					<l>essential things of life- farm</l>
					<l>products, coal, labor etc-</l>
					<l>It looks like an adjournment</l>
					<l>about June 15.  Wish it</l>
					<l>could be May 15.</l>
