I suppose that Vermont recognized the face saving character of the Presidents message on monopolies. It is ridiculous for him to denounce monopolies while he is creating them by statute over the most essential things of life- farm products, coal, labor etc- It looks like an adjournment about June 15.  Wish it could be May 15.
