Mr. Hopkins for Sec. of Commerce-
They referred to my amendment
of last year that failed by
a small majority, you will
see it in tomorrow's Record.
Mildred has a string
of old Vermont sleigh bells
presented to her by Father
O'Donnell of St. Raphaels.
Church in Poultney, VT.
Wasn't that lovely? He is
one of our dear friends.
I am feeling all right
today. Nothing but good
reaction to the removal of
the tooth. Mildred is better
and sitting in the gallery.
There is snow on the ground
here. I believe we have had
more snow than you have.
We will be guests of
the President at dinner at
the White House tonight.
