The Pres., the Vice-Pres., the Sec. of State the Leader of the Majority, the leader of the Minority, the Chairman of the Foreign Relations Com. and its ranking Minority, the Assistant leader of the republican conferred with the all the world looking at the outside door.  I have dictated a statement about it which I will send you as soon as typed.
