My Dear Mother:
As I was walking up
Pennsylvania Avenue on
which there is a Mission
where a carefree fraternity
of vagrants gather for
a handout, one hoboe
said to another:
"Well, we've brot the
government back to Washington
before this it was at Podunk."
Alas, how true!
Centralization is the word
for it. The irresponsible,
the hard bitter, rag tag
gutter snipes of the
road rejoice that
government is taken
away from Podunk
and concentrated in
Washington.
We will soon take
up the Presidents Plan IV
to Reorganize the Government.
Fight it we will.
