My Dear Mother: This has been a busy day with Committees and interviews.  Now I am leaving at 4 P.M. to attend a meeting where I expect to see Guo Yah Chee [Taiqi] the new Minister of Foreign Affairs of China, who is on his way home from London.  He has been Ambassador to Britain.
