					<l>meeting where I expect to</l>
					<l>see Guo Yah Chee [Taiqi] the new</l>
					<l>Minister of Foreign Affairs</l>
					<l>of China, who is on his</l>
					<l>way home from London.  He</l>
					<l>has been Ambassador to Britain.</l>
					<l>I knew him as Secretary to</l>
					<l>the President of China in 1916.</l>
