We are considering an
appropriation bill and
the debate is occupied
with "monopolies."
That is a great word
to conjur [conjure?] with. Private
industry must not
become monopolistic
but this political
mystic called the New
Deal can do no wrong
even tho' it should
monopolize every
necessity of life.
I hope you are
gaining every day.
