is making a speech on the
Civil Service which he claims
will be injured by the Reorganiz-
ation bill.  After him Sen.
Bridges will address the Senate
for 2 1/2 hours on the T.V.A.
Am sitting every day on
sub-committees-
Marion Webb is quite ill
and Charley and his wife are
