Caption on photo reads "#9 Burlington Vt VERA (Vermont Emergency Relief Administration) Proj-#402- 1 6, 6-21-35 Burlington Municipal Airport - 6" corrugated metal pipe perforated and asphalt coated before filling trench with crushed stone." Shows a very deep trench straight down the middle of the photo with the back of one worker center bottom and a man standing in the trench several feet away. Banks of earth piled to one side.
