December 9, 1942. Hayward Street Looking Northerly from the Intersection of Catherine Street. This view shows Hayward Street looking northerly from the intersection of Catherine Street. Note that the new concrete curbs have been completed, the telford stone base has also been completed and the penetration binder course of crushed stone is now being layed preparatory to penetrating with asphalt.
