November 20, 1928 dated photo of Pearl Street looking east up the hill from Willard Street showing the completed pavement 6" concrete base with 2" asphalt top. Trolley tracks run up the center of the street. To the extreme right of the photo is 327 Pearl Street built around 1815. See UVM's Historic Burlington 1830 for more information.
