Description

December 9, 1942. Lower Pine Street looking northerly from the intersection of Home Ave. The excavation for telfold stone base had been completed on the easterly half of the street at the time this picture was taken. The base course will be completed and allowed to receive traffic for several months before constructing the wear surface. Center background is the steeple of St. Anthony's Church.
