Original caption reads: This view is taken from a point in front of the Tydol Filling Station looking northerly with Locust St. intersection to the left and Ledge Rd. and So. Willard St. to the right. This view shows the newly constructed concrete base with the new concrete light post and light, but before the new concrete curb in the shape of a tear drop had been constructed.
