November 5, 1941. This view was taken from a point at the intersection of Staniford Road and North Avenue looking westerly on the day that the curb and gutter construction was started. Note the dirt surface of the street and the narrowness of the traveled portion of the street indicated by the position of the curb and gutter where forms are being set. Work done by Burlington Street Dept.
