Undated photo (may be 1930) of Colchester Ave at the top of the hill looking north down the hill to Winooski Bridge and textile mills beyond. Off to the right is Chase Street and the Dan Day Brick Store at 6-8 Chase Street can be seen. The two parallel impressions in the street reveal concrete slab construction.
