July 31, 1935 photo of key to the city of Burlington, Vermont presented to Ira Hand (2nd from right) who is Secretary of the National Association of Engine and Boat Manufacturers and Secretary of the American Power Boat Association. Also present are Charles C. Wood (president Champlain Marine Co Inc), Hugh L. Finnegan (standing in for the city's mayor), H. Gregory Wait and Warren R. Austin Jr (commodore Lake Champlain Yacht Club). The yacht in the background is a Twin screw cruiser belonging to Mr. Wait of Shelburne. The occasion is a 3 day regatta on Lake Champlain.
