Collation: Parchment, fol. ii (modern parchment) + 142 (pagination beginning with "24" has been trimmed from the upper right corner of most rectos) + i (modern parchment) ; Quire 8 is out of place, fol. 126-134 should precede fol. 69. Layout: Written in 2 columns of 40-52 lines; ruled in lead partially erased. Decoration: Red, plain initials and paragraph marks throughout, except fol. 78-86, where space is left for rubrication that was never completed.
Full parchment binding. If binding is original, it has been repaired with modern pastedowns and single flyleaves at front and back. Repairs have also been made to quires during resewing.

Bookplate on front pastedown, "ex libris Leonis S. Olschki, Bibliopolae Veneti." Purchased by Julian Lindsay (name on modern front flyleaf, dated October 29, 1962), from Bernard Rosenthal (name on front flyleaf)? A gift to UVM Special Collections from Robert and Sally Fenix in 2007.
