Encore Cement being poured from city street dept vehicle on North Street construction job between Rose and No. Champlain St. The building in the center of the photo is 144 No. Champlain Street. The tower seen to the left in background is the old Lawrence Barnes School built in 1896 and demolished and rebuilt in 1957-1958.
