Decoration: Running‚Ä® heads, chapter initials, and numbers in alternating blue and red.‚Ä® Littera Duplex initial "U" marks the beginning of the book of Isaiah.‚Ä® The flourishes of the initials form the left borders of the columns.‚Ä® Prologue explicit in red. Red letter strokes mark verse initials.

Note [Script] - Written in very small Gothic‚Ä® Textualis script. Verse 2:7 was omitted by a slip of the scribe's eye from one "eius" to the‚Ä® next "eius," and supplied at the head of the column and connected by a‚Ä® red bar in a different hand.
